Living Room Renovation: Let’s Go Green!
The FIRST room we did when we moved in was our living room, we knew it was a quick easy one to knock off the list and would set a good tone for tackling the rest of the house.
The Plan:
- Paint the crown moulding white
- Paint walls white
- Add wall moulding
- Remove window coverings, add new curtains
- Add new furniture
- Replace wall sconces

This we actually only a weekend project for us! We are able to paint, put up the trim, and add all the furniture in only 2 days!
After:
Loving the green colour in this room, against the white backdrop of the walls.
We kept the floors and baseboard as is – we thought it was important to keep the character of the room. Especially the original fireplace and green tile!
