It’s me! Katherine Budreau!
While I won’t claim to be an ‘expert’ at anything, I do love to renovate & invest in real estate! And in particular…I like to buy old worn down properties and breath new life into them by injecting my personal style and design.
My husband is a contractor, and I’m a self-proclaimed ‘contractor in training’, absorbing all the knowledge I can from him and getting as hands on as I possibly can with our renovations. I want to do the design AND the work.
I should also mention… I am an animal lover! I don’t kill spiders and would like to adopt every dog I see!
