Front Foyer Refresh
This room really just needed a fresh coat of paint, new electrical plates, and 2 pieces of missing baseboard put on. Quick and simple!
The Plan:
- Paint the walls white
- Replace light switches with with square ones
- New chandelier
- Add baseboard in corner where it is missing
- Hand mirror and shelf
- Throw down rug

Cool story about the shelf!
It’s actually an old 2×4 that came out of one of our other properties during demo. We kept it, cleaned it up a bit, and sealed it with a clear coat. Now it’s a great shelf with character and a STORY.
